Yemeni forces and Houthi rebels resumed fighting in the Taiz area of Yemen Sunday evening. The fighting comes after the six-month truce in the country expired at 7 pm on Sunday. Fighting erupted to the north, west, and east of the Taiz. The Houthi militia also launched an attack on villages in the Hais district, in the south of Hudaydah Governorate.
