Turkish forces reportedly launched an artillery attack on several villages in Hasakah province on Tuesday. The shelling in the village of Musheirfat Zarkan in the Abu Rasin district killed two children and injured six other people. Turkish forces also shelled the villages of Dada Abdal, al-Nweihat, Umm Harmala, and others in the Abu Rasin district causing only material damage to properties in the area.
