Athens police have arrested four men accused of possessing explosives, a week after a bomb exploded outside the labor ministry in Athens. The bomb caused no casualties and had been placed in a backpack. The suspects were arrested for construction and possession of explosives and incendiary material. Land mine recovered in Rajouri
A land mine and two 12-volt batteries were found in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district. Security forces seized the explosive substance during a search operation in Galhuti village.
