Taiwan tracked 31 Chinese military aircraft and four naval vessels operating around its country between 6 a.m. on Thursday and 6 a.m. on Friday. 12 were monitored in Taiwan’s air defense identification zone (ADIZ), including six Shenyang J-11 fighter jets, three Shenyang J-16 fighter jets, two Chengdu J-10 jet fighters, and one BZK-007 reconnaissance drone. The aircraft either crossed the Taiwan Strait median line or entered the southwest corner of Taiwan’s ADIZ. This event took place on 01/20/2023 at the following location: Taiwan Strait, Taiwan.
