Somali president and PM clash over NISA appointment

Somalia's President Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed and Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble clashed over the naming of different men to head the National Intelligence Service Agency (NISA).  Roble suspended the former NISA director on Monday and then named an interim, which the president has called unconstitutional.  The president then named his own appointee.  It is unclear who is in charge of NISA at this time. This event took place on 09/08/2021 at the following location: Mogadishu, Somalia.
