Record number of PLA aircraft enter Taiwan's ADIZ

At least 39 PLA aircraft entered China's air defense identification zone (ADIZ) on Saturday, breaking the record of 38 planes from a day before.  The incursion involved two waves that included J-16, Su-30, Y-8 and KJ-500 aircraft.  Taiwan scrambled aircraft to monitor the incursions, issued warnings and deployed its air defense missile systems. This event took place on 10/02/2021 at the following location: Taiwan Strait, Taiwan.
