Protests shut down crude oil to Khartoum

Protesters shut down an oil pipeline that transfers crude oil from eastern Sudan to Khartoum.  The Ministry of Energy and Oil stated there were enough reserves for up to 10 days and several refineries are still operating.  After 10 days, Bashayer terminals will be filled, which will also cause other oil fields to be shut down if the pipeline is not reopened. This event took place on 09/25/2021 at the following location: Bashayer, Sudan.
