Rajkumar Maipaksana, a member of the proscribed People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak, was arrested in Kerala for his alleged involvement in the killing of a Kuki doctor in November last year. Separately, Thangminlar Mate alias Lenin Mate was arrested in Assam for his alleged role in the attack on an IRB post in Manipur on January 17 last year, which resulted in the death of a policeman and injuries to two others.
