The Gadchiroli police in Maharashtra, India, have successfully busted a Maoist camp near the Maharashtra-Chhattisgarh border. The operation, led by Additional Superintendent of Police M. Ramesh, resulted in the seizure of several arms, including an INSAS automatic rifle, a single-shot rifle, and detonators. The police also destroyed the Maoist camp and forced the Maoists to retreat.
