An Iranian court sentenced a Tajikistan national ISIS associate to death for his involvement in the 13 August attack on Shag Cheragh that killed two people. He was also involved in an October 2022 attack on a holy shrine that killed 13 pilgrims. Two of the terrorist's associates were given five years imprisonment for their involvement.
