Russian missiles hit Odesa
Russian missiles hit Odesa on Saturday killing at least three people and wounding eight more.
Attacks continue on Azovstal
Russian attacks continue to shell the Azovstal steelworks plant in Mariupol. At least 1,000 civilians and soldiers remain in the isolated plant and hundreds are wounded.
Suicide bombers hit Sevare camp
Suicide bombers attacked a camp in Sevare and two other locations killing six and wounding 15 more. It is not clear which group was behind the attacks.
Militants attack Gaskinde
Militants attacked a military detachment in Gaskinde killing around 10 people, including five soldiers. Significant damage was also reported from the attacks.
Thousands protest against PM
Thousands protested in front of Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa’s home on Sunday and demanded that he resign over the worsening economic crisis. Riot police were present to prevent the protesters from entering the residence.
Ethiopia arrests 34 al-Shabab terrorists in Somali and Oromo regions
Ethiopian National Intelligence and Security Services (NISS) forces arrested 34 al-Shabab terrorists during operations in the Somali and Oromo regions.
