Cooperative for Development of the Congo (CODECO) militants attacked the village of Mbidjo in Ituri province on Friday killing 17 people. During the attack, they set houses ablaze and pillaged the property of villagers. This event took place on 09/09/2022.

Suspected militant bomb recovered from Imphal Municipal Corporation (IMC)
Police recovered a suspected militant bomb that was planted in front of the Ward Development Committee of the Imphal Municipal Corporation (IMC) on Thursday. A suspected militant informed the company of the bomb. The bomb was later disposed of. This event took place on 09/08/2022.

Three PLA militants arrested in Moreh
Assam police arrested three People’s Liberation Army (PLA) militants during an operation in the village of Jangnoi in the Moreh area of Manipur on Friday. Two pistols and 14 rounds of ammunition were recovered during the arrest. This event took place on 09/10/2022.

Two LeT overground workers arrested in Sopore
Police arrested two Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) affiliated Over Ground Workers (OGWs) in the Gousiabad Chowk Chinkipora area of Sopore on Friday. Two hand grenades were recovered during the arrests. This event took place on 09/09/2022.
