An IED blast targeting a Taliban security vehicle killed at least one person and wounded seven others, including three students, Wednesday morning in Kabul. While no group has claimed responsibility for the attack, other deadly bomb attacks in Afghanistan have been carried out by ISIS-K terrorists. This event took place on 10/20/2021.
