ELN insurgents responsible for the abduction of Liverpool soccer member's parents
Colombian authorities stated on Thursday that National Liberation Army (ELN) insurgents were responsible for the abduction of the parents of a Liverpool England soccer member last Saturday in the town of Barrancas. Police rescued the player's mother hours after the abduction. His father remains missing, and a peace delegation is currently in negotiations with the ELN for his release.
