Four NRFM militants arrested in Bishnupur district
Bishnupur police commandos and troops of Assam Rifles apprehended four suspected National Revolutionary Front of Manipur (NRFM) militants during an operation at Saiton and Torbung Bangala area under Moirang police station of Bishnupur district on Monday evening. Two of those arrested reportedly were involved in extortion activities, IED blasts, and also in the killing of a non-Manipuri in Churachandpur district recently. This event took place on 08/01/2022.
