CODECO rebels release three peace envoys in DR Congo
Cooperative for the Development of Congo (CODECO) rebels released three peace envoys of the Democratic Republic of Congo’s President Felix Tshisekedi, an official said on Tuesday. They were among the eight members taken hostage by the militants in Ituri province in February. Another hostage was released on 21 March. Four peace envoys are still being held. This event took place on 04/05/2022.
