Maoist IED blast damages culvert on a major road in Sukma
Maoist rebels detonated an underground IED in a culvert in Sukuma, Chhattisgarh early Friday morning. The blast took place on the Injaram Behejji axis in an attempt to close the only road connecting Bhejji. While the blast did not completely destroy the roadway, the damage is affecting public transportation. Furthermore, Maoists clashed with military forces in Potakpalli, 50 km from the blast. There were no casualties reported from the fighting. This event took place on 04/15/2022.
