The Japan Coast Guard's 11th regional headquarters in Naha, Okinawa Prefecture's capital, reported that the armed vessels equipped with autocannons sailed into Japanese waters near Kuba Island between 10:00 a.m. and 10:15 a.m., leaving by noon.
