On Tuesday, three family members were killed while harvesting crops in the Miango District of Plateau State. Two other family members were severely injured and are receiving medical treatment. The attack occurred at a time when a fact-finding committee, led by retired army general Rogers Nicholas, was engaging with community leaders and security agencies to investigate the persistent violence in the region.
