Ethiopian forces reportedly crossed the Somalia border through the town of Dolow in the troubled Gedo Region in pursuit of al-Shabab terrorists. The operation comes a few days after Ethiopian forces pushed al-Shabab militants from strategic towns in the Somali region of Ethiopia. The operations could boost security cooperation between Mogadishu and Addis Ababa after a deal was reached by the presidents of both countries.
