China has deployed its forces to its new overseas base in Cambodia for a military exercise near the South China Sea. The joint logistics and training center, located at Ream Naval Base, is China's second publicly acknowledged overseas base. The exercise, called Golden Dragon 2025, will feature counter-terrorism operations and humanitarian assistance activities.
