China sanctions seven pro-independence Taiwanese officials

China announced sanctions on seven pro-independence Taiwanese politicians and officials on Tuesday, including Taipei's representative to Washington. Those sanctioned and their family members would not be allowed to enter mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau. They will not be permitted to do business with the Chinese mainland.
