The China-Singapore Exercise Cooperation 2024 joint maritime exercise began in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. This is the third time China and Singapore have conducted such an exercise. It is longer and covers a wider range of training subjects compared to previous drills. The exercise involves China's guided-missile frigate Sanya, minesweeper Hejian, and Singapore's No 72 frigate.
