Who We Are.

GeoPioneer is working to radically change how organizations develop location intelligence and understand geopolitical risk. Dr. Corey Stutte founded GeoPioneer in 2011, as an analytic advisory firm, while working for U.S. Pacific Command and Special Operations Command Pacific in Hawaii. Since then, GeoPioneer’s tailored solutions have been providing innovative insight for clients in various complex environments and industries. GeoPioneer is a veteran owned small business headquartered in the United States, but working with clients globally.

What is Geopolitical Risk?

The risk that an organization or investor may suffer losses, due to political, military/security, economic, social, infrastructure or information shifts within a geographic region—be it international, national or subnational.

What is Location Intelligence?

The function of utilizing geographic information systems to fuse complex operational environment data into visual data-driven maps and dashboards to drive optimized planning and decision-making for organizations.
