Late Sunday evening, a bomb exploded in a vehicle in the provincial capital, resulting in one death and four injuries, one of which was serious. According to police, the blast occurred at a bus terminal in the Brewery Road area of the western bypass. Sources indicated that a bomb was a magnetic device attached to one of the car doors, which was remotely detonated. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
